The third installment in the series directed by Jingle Ma, succeeding “Tokyo Raiders” (2000) and “Seoul Raiders” (2005), features Mr. Lin and Ms. Lin as the top two experts in their field. Although they are neither allies nor adversaries, they eventually team up with their reliable assistant, Le Qi, to pursue a notorious thief who has made off with the ‘Heavenly Emperor’s Hand’. Unbeknownst to them, they find themselves pursued by European triads, the CIA, and various other organizations.
