Meanwhile, Richard Randolph, a local janitor, gathers a team of retired Superheroes to devise a rescue mission. As the villains organize a public event for the Taxpayer’s execution, drawing a large crowd, the heroes launch an assault on the villains’ hideout, leading to an epic showdown. The chaos is interspersed with humorous and action-filled musical sequences.
