A bartender is eager to get rid of an annoying drunk patron, but not before ensuring the customer leaves a generous tip. To pass the time, the bartender recounts the tale of two rival mob families: the Minettis, who operate from an Italian eatery in the East San Fernando Valley, and the Mulroneys, who run their operations from an Irish bar in the West San Fernando Valley. Tensions escalate into a mob war when a member of the Minetti clan shortchanges Big Paddy’s daughter on her tip. It’s quickly apparent why these gangsters have earned the reputation of being exceptionally ruthless.
